Look around, and chances you'll see a world filled with average. everywhere you'll average; if either it is the money you are creating or the the actions you're making. The members of middle class are not able to get their heads above the water and many companies or wiped out because as a result of average management, average actions and average thinking.
Average nothing yields more then average.This "Addiction to average" can kill the possibility of making your dreams reality. Let me explain you that how taking average means making average? An average worker reads an average of less than a book a year and works an average of 37.5 hours per week. This same person makes 319 times less money then the top U.S. CEO s who claim to read more than 60 books a year. We often fail to appreciate what these people have done to get where they are today.
The US economy in 2008 greatly suffers. The founder of Starbucks founder Howard Schultz began to do what the average of CEO s in America was doing; cutting the expenses and getting rid of non performing locations. He then came out the rat race of Average. He did the thing that most CEO s did not do. He traveled all over the country to met with the Starbucks patrons. Long after the average workers had gone home, the billionaire Schultz was visiting the streets and meeting the coffee drinkers how his company better satisfy his costumers. He was getting feedback from people buying his products. This is a prime example of embracing "greater then average" thought and action process.
Think more than average to produce more than average.
Average thinking and actions will only guarantee you misery, uncertainty and failure. Rid yourself that is average including the advice you get and the friends you keep. Sound too tough? Remember success is you duty, obligation and responsibility. And since there is no shortage of success. Any apparent limitations you are experiencing might simply be the result of thinking average.
Remember, average anything will never get you to an extraordinary life. That should be enough to abandon the concept from all your considerations.
