    Everyone wanted to influence others and to get their work out from them. If you wanted to learn the same art, read this article till end. 1. Do'not criticize and never complain

    First rule explained that never criticize others. First listen them carefully. Understand what they're saying and then response. Abraham Lincoln, the U.S. president, used the same rule in his life. According to him we should never retaliate too quickly. Take your time and give him time and then take action. He said, when he did not apply the same rule in his life. He did not listen to his people carefully and react too quickly. Once, one of them tried to attack him. Then he followed the same rule and feel change in his life. There is a one famous saying,
Think first and then say.

  2. Give honor and sincere appreciation


 Praise others in a fair manner. Always give them respect. You can influence them in that manner. in order to explain this rule writer quoted a experience of a construction manager who was facing a problem that his workers weren't obeying him. He was just requesting them to wear helmets(safety helmets). They were following a criteria, when he was on the spot they wear it then forget about his saying. At-last he found a strategy: this time when he visited the site he found the pattern followed by his workers. This time he said that Are these helmets twinge you? Are these loose? if yes! i can solve your riddle. These helmets are just for your safety. After that statement they started wearing helmets. In this way by praising them he found the solution and influenced them easily.
Praise others to gain from them.

         3. Make others work for you

        This rule explained that when you have an idea don't make others feel that idea is only your idea. Make them feel that all you you have the same idea. Let us elaborate the concept. The writer shared his own life story. He said that once he wanted 150 writers and scholars to speech in Brooklyn but no one was ready to come. Then he wrote a letter to all of them. When they received the letter they became ready. In that letter he wrote can you please come and share your important time and words with us in Brooklyn. In that way we can influence people too.



You will also mention the verse that no one will work for you so long as you will not pay him. When you will praise him he will work with sangfroid. Let us learn those facts.

    4. Become genuinely interested in others

It means that become interested in others very much. Make their tasks your tasks and do not make them uncomfortable anymore. If you wanted a genuine relationship dilute your ego.

Dilute your sorrow, evaporate your worries, filter your mistake, boil your ego then you will get " Crystal of happiness"  
It does not mean that you are to say Yes! if the person in front of you say Yes! but you must show your interest in him. Think what should be the reason behind the perfect business interview. According to w. Elliot, a professor of Harvard; it is nothing but your keen interest in the  interviewer.

        5. The Name

 Name is also a very important factor. Everyone wants that he must be called from his name. The famous writer Shakespeare said; What's in a name? But he missed the point that everyone wanted fame with his name. In order to influence others you can apply this rule on a person of lower class i.e. your gardener, driver, worker. Apply this and enjoy the results.
